DON’T PANIC!

It’s going to be difficult during this outbreak, your clients and customers are going to slow down on their spend, so we need to make sure that you’re not forgotten.

One way to maintain your relationship is simply to keep in touch. Ask how they are and is there anything you can do to relieve their pressures.

Monitor your client’s social media and join the conversation. Let them know that you’re still working hard and happy to assist with their needs in this very difficult period. It’s the small things you do now that will be remembered later.

Most importantly, listen to advice from the government and stay at home.
