How to keep client relationships in lockdown
It’s going to be difficult during lockdown, your clients and customers are going to slow down on their spend, or stop spending completely, so you need to make sure that you’re not forgotten or lost in all the noise.
One way to maintain your relationship is simply to keep in touch, ask how they are and if there is anything you can do to help their business.
Check your client’s social media and join in the conversations, if possible, but not forced conversation. Let them know that you’re still working hard and are happy to assist with their projects. If needed, and you are able, offer flexible terms.
